High resolves canada continues in its mission to take to try provide global citizenship education in high schools in canada but the impact of covid was too significant and it was decided by the board to dissolved the company effective 31 dec 2023. The company was able secure forgiveness on loans it has received and was able to cease operations on 31 dec 23 with no outstanding liabilities and assets. A form t2046 has also been submitted.
