Heartache2hope provides grief support education and resources to promote healing and resilience for individuals who have experienced a suicide loss. We provide a continuum of care that is based on best practices. Program delivery includes monthly drop-in support group meetings 12-week closed support groups offered in the halton and hamilton areas as well as across ontario virtually 1:1 grief counseling wellness activities and a hopeline (weekdays).
