The members of heart to heart quilts lanark county create handmade quilts and gift them to children youth and adults in our community living with chronic diseases or conditions in order to provide comfort from physical and emotional suffering. Our 35 volunteer quilters work both at home and at our gathering place throughout the year o enable us to grant the ever-increasing requests we receive from our community. Quilts are delivered to schools private residences long-term care facilities hospital dialysis unit and medical day care units.
