The foundation donates funds to support other charities that servce humanitarian and social need in both the local and international communities. The foundation also owns homes in east vancouver which it leases to a non-profit society for the pruposes of providing housing for refugees and a home on bowen island that it leases to a non-profit society for a writer's retreat.
