Habitat housing society (hhs) develops builds and operates affordable housing in the south fraser region. The society currently owns a townhome complex to provide affordable housing to families on low to moderate incomes. Hhs also owns an apartment building providing subsidized housing to indiviudals with mental illness and clients with an opportunity to perform meaningful work by assisting with the maintenance of the building and grounds. Hhs also operates the ted kuhn program under which 2 buildings in surrey were purchased to house a varied population of seniors individuals and families…
