Habitat operates a restore which receives donations of new and gently used building materials home furnishings appliances and the like. These are sold at afoordable prices to the general public. The net proceeds are used to offset the cost of the programs to advance the interest of econocmically disadvantaged and/or working poor individuals/families by constructing or renovating houses at cost for them and to provide interest free loans to enable them to pay for such homes and renovations.
