In its own words

We build energy efficient and affordable houses for families currently living in core housing need. We support this process by providing a no interest mortgage and payments set at 25% of the families' gross income. We also provide housing for first nation communities to support their rent-to-own program. We have a program called the 'critical home repair' program in our two first national communities. This program addresses essential repairs to ensure that homeowners or tenants can continue living in their homes safely.
