The purpose of the foundation is to seek outside financial support for programs that the board of education of school district no.61(greater victoria)believes are important to the student population and are not funded directly by the ministry of education. Some items that could be funded include an endowment fund scholarships musical instruments classroom audio aids classroom technology etc. No activities have been undertaken during the year to promote the foundation.
