Gospel outreach canada (goc) assists missions of the seventh-day adventist church (sda) in overseas locations where local revenues is insufficient to achieve the goals of said mission. Goc signs a memorandum of agreement with each mission whereby the mission undertakes to use all funds reveived from goc in harmony with the agreement. The mission furthermore is responsible to train and supervise the bible workers in the objectives of the sda church.
