The foundation owns the buchanan centre for parkinson's disease which is operated as a treatment and therapy centre by parkinsons alberta. The foundation makes the foundation's mission of 'family vision and impact'. This includes ongoing support for parkinsons alberta and the royal alexandra hospital in edmonton as well as a number of other local and national charities. The foundation also partners with another local charity to help operate a clinic to provide iuds to women who would not otherwise be able to obtain them (homeless women teenagers immigrant women etc.).
