In 2024 give across borders scaled back activity to focus further on one program working with the school system of turks & caicos islands and primarily schools with significant immigrant populations. In december of 2024 the first year of a literacy program was completed which made advances in overall school literacy in the schools where it was run but also helped improve the level of social integration of immigrant students to the turks & caicos education environment.
