Courses and retreats on tibetan buddhist philosophies and practices: meditation training developing mindfulness introspection and carefulness cultivating patience healing meditation developing compassion and loving kindness towards sentient beings and how to cultivate the mind of enlightenment. Cultural events include the annual tibetan bazaar to foster multicultural awareness and the celebrations of losar (tibetan new year) sagadawa and his holiness the dalai lama's birthday. We also hold community days for the public to help grow our relationships with members and friends.
