We fund raise to financially support milo library by donating funds for materials supplies programs computers furniture and shelving. We also have donations to milo library of non cash gifts (mostly books) that are donated to us. Only very few and excellent condition items are receipted. We lease a computer archives romm in milo library to properly store document records photographs maps etc. Important to our local history. Digitization of archival records for us by milo library staff has been ongoing for a number of years. We have also developed policy on born digital records manageme…
