The charity provides programs specifically geared towards the physical and mental/emotional development of youth senior and families. The goal for the youth is to provide the skills and training needed for them to become productive citizens. The goal for seniors is to keep them active and engaged mentally and physically. Counselling sessions are provided for families and individuals and the food distribution program provides needed groceries and essential items to community members.
