(1)preventing needless euthanasia of cats by providing a permanent residence for special needs cats who were not adoptable through usual community programs. They have special needs because they are handicapped required medication daily are elderly are feral or they have been abused. Beside providing a permenent residence all of the cats' need are taken care of to give them an excellent quality of life - food exercise medication veterinary care stimulation companionsship safety etc.
