Depuis le 30 mars 1999 la fondation du domaine joly-de-lotbinière continue à améliorer son produit en augmentant la diversité des végétaux (plantes arbres et arbustes) afin d'augmenter entre autres la qualité de ses services éducatifs en interprétation horticole. Le comité de financement a réussi a obtenir plusieurs subventions qui on contribué à améliorer les services offerts par la fondation.
