Le but principal de la fondation est de voir au maintien d'un climat chaleureux intime et rassurant en procurant une aide matérielle aux centres d'hébergement de saint-henri et des seigneurs faisant partie du c.I.u.s.s.s. Du centre-sud-de-l'île-de montréal ainsi qu'à sa clientèle adulte et âgée en perte d'autonomie physique et psychosociale.
