La fondation s'occupe de projets d'éducation des jeunes de la communauté primaire et secondaire de la vallée de la matapédia. Par le biais d'activités réalisées en collaboration avec la commission scolaire des monts et marées les projets visent à parfaire l'éducation des jeunes de la communauté du territoire de la vallée de la matapédia en leur offrant une assistance dans leur développement à la connaissance des arts sous réserve de la loi sur l'enseignement privé et des règlements adoptés sous son autorité.
