Using the sport of boxing and physical exercise to improve the physical psychological emotional and spiritual lives of those with special needs. Programs are non-contact meeting the diverse physical and cognitive needs of our clients while at the same time providing a great physical workout that helps with the overall health and wellbeing of the clients. Both in person and virtual training is offered. The workouts are designed to get the body moving and blood flowing to improve digestion and circulation. Boxing encourages the mind and muscled to work together in synchrony.
