In its own words

Fwd continued to provide independent supports to adults with developmental disabilities that enable them to make and implement plans and to make important decisions about their lives which gives them an opportunity to live fulfilling lives in their communities. With the completion of the ontario government's independent facilitation funding for this work we now carry it out on a cost recover basis. We continue the work of creating capacity for independent facilitation in our regions.
