The mandate of the Association is to preach and advance the religious teachings of the I-Kuan Tao (Yi-Guan Dao) faith and the religious tenets doctrines observances and culture associated with that faith as well as to establish and maintain a religious school of instruction for children youths and adults maintain and support houses of worship and support missions and missionaries to propagate the faith.
