In its own words
We hold monthly meetings (except july and august). We monitor and discuss programs that are in place. We are always looking for new ideas and programs as well as possibilities for funding. Our fund-raising efforts are donated to our regional health authority to purchase equipment provide patients with comfort items or to help fund special rooms or programs for patients. We also donate bursary funding to students entering into the health care field and to existing students furthering their career studies in health care.
