4-h is a positive youth development organization. Young people and adults learn project and life skills cooperate and have fun together. Leadership and teamwork skills are encouraged through hands on activities and mentorship. The essex county 4-h leaders association supports local 4h projects volunteers and members in delivering quality youth programming.
