The elkford public library (epl) is a full service public library offering support and services to the district of elkford including access to physical and digital books and materials elearning platforms public computers and internet as well as printing scanning faxing and photocopying. Epl provides programs and events for all ages including literacy support. Epl also publishes a monthly community newspaper and participates in outreach activities within the district of elkford.
