East ottawa masjid and community center is focused on providing daily five time prayers weekly friday prayers and special prayer services (ramadan eid ul fitr and eid ul adha) throughout the year to the local muslim faith communities in an effort to advance religion. The organization provides religious education on quran learning to read and write arabic for better understanding of quran. It also provides lessons in hadith which gives students better understanding of life of prophet mohammed peace be upon him.
