The East London United Church Outreach (ELUCO) is committed to advocate and support persons who build community in the midst of ever increasing challenging circumstances. Our programs include a weekly hot lunch and breakfast to children in our low income Marconi Community a young chef and an after-school program. ELUCO also operates a long term food cupboard and a weekly hospitality lunch to mostly low or no income.
