As a regional park the organization puts on free events each year. There is an annual fishing derby a duck race (duck dash) in the creek and other seasonal fun days for families to enjoy the park. Major fundraising activity is the music jamboree that is held in june of each year. It is a 3 day event held the 3rd weekend of june. It is developed and staffed by the appointed board members and other community volunteers.
