All the ongoing programs have been designed to allow and encourage people over the age of 50(seniors) to participated in them. They help alleviate loneliness feelings of despair and isolation. Mobility issues breathing issues and fitness are all benefits of these programs. Other programs also benefit those who participate. Some of these programs are: senior living seminars exercise programs health clinics recreation activities and tournaments the organization of refurbishing and remodels of our building.
