The drinkwater united church ciairn fund inc was incorporated to raise funds to establish an enduring memorial to the united church in drinkwater. The memorial cairn would include the church bell. In the year the supporters raised funds to remove the bell but were advised by the village of drinkwater that the village would pay for and complete the project.
