Members of the Auxiliary volunteer to operate the gift shop in the hospital. Visitors and Patients are able to purchase snacks books gifts flower and toiletries. The organization exists to support the Dr. F.H. Wigmore Regional Hospital in order to purchase hospital equipment. The organization also supports the education of nursing students in Saskatchewan through Sask Polytechnic .
