The DCSP was established in April of 2020 as a partnership between the Province of Manitoba the City of Winnipeg the Downtown Winnipeg Biz the Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Services the Winnipeg Police Service and True North Sports + Entertainment. The Downtown Community Safety Partnership provides 24-hour seven-day-a-week coverage to serve the downtown community in the most effective and efficient way.
