In class instruction: for 15-30 consecutive weeks during the regular school year doane music school instructors teach group instrumental music lessons ( though the use of the ukulele and singing ) to students ranging from grade 4-12. There are 1187 students in 61 classes meeting each week in schools and neighbourhood hubs across the gta. Classes take place both during school hours and on an extra-curricular basis.
