To advance education by establishing and operating a skills training centre to provide on-the-job training to unemployed youth with disabilities equipping them with general employment skills and helping them find permanent careers. Youth are hired into our program for paid on-the-job work-based training in the food sector learning hard and soft skills through baking and food preparation customer service order-taking and cash handling along with soft skills for employment.
