Desert sun counselling and rescource centre is a charitable organization which facilitates supportive programs to empower people of all ages to experience an enhanced quality in their homes schools and communities. Currently the society provides various counselling services including stop the violence and peace as well as a community outreach program affordable housing youth bed and safe home the better at home program for the south okanagan literacy outreach parenting skills capc and an early years program a community kitchen and garden men's shed and crisis line.
