Provides support to families in cumberland county who have children with special needs through social and recreational programs. Smile program is a gym and swim program for children and youth with special needs aged 3 to 21. Shine program is a social group for youth with special needs. Respite summer care programs and activities to connect families through a variety of family events are also provided.
