The foundation raises money for the purpose of operating seniors programs and services within the cowichan region. Programs currently being provided by the foundation include a meals on wheels program and a support transportation program. The foundation offers financial support expertise and advocacy to enhance the efforts already made by many volunteers and professionals towards better seniors health adn wellness in cowichan.
