Support groups: we run multiple support groups in the cowichan valley. Individual support: we provide resources and information emotional support community referrals healthcare system navigation advocacy and education. Support circles: building circles of support around caregivers families to stregthen support from their community of families and friends. Community development and capacity building: we work with other community agencies to strengthen support for seniors and caregivers in the greater community.
