Rescue and provide veterinary care for abandoned cats and kittens with emphasis on feral cat colonies. Provide trap spay/neuter and release (tnr) program for healthy feral cats. Rescue feral kittens young enough to tame and adopt out; place them in foster care socialization; spay/neuter and vaccinate them prior to adoption. Organize and manage subsidized spay and neuter clinics for pet owners on low income or income assistance. Provide ongoing public education about the need for population control of pet and feral cats.
