Our mandate was to collect used clothing furniture and housewares. We would then provide these goods to individuals and families in need of them at little or no cost. Operations had been interrupted and it was decided not to restart them and to wind-up the charity. We requested the voluntary revocation of our registration as a charity under the income tax act. This has been done by cra.
