Caps is a non-profit group which is entirely run by volunteers. Caps is in the frawdown stage of its work. Caps no longer accepts homeless or abandoned animals from the county pound. We are looking after animals already in foster care or caps cats once adopted and having to return to care because the adopter is no longer able to care for them. They will be cared for in our foster homes. As all animals presently in foster care are senior cats or those with chronic medical issues future adoptions from caps are not anticipated.
