The centre has been delivering information and referral services to ottawa since 1974. We maintain a database of community and government social and health services and provide a link to these services with those people in need of them. We provide a toll free help line where people receive access through one of our bilingual phone specialist. We also offer a 2-1-1 phone service that connects the public to a full range of non-emergency services.
