The community housing land trust foundation was incorporated under the society act of bc to provide preserve develop and make available affordable housing for persons with low income seniors and specifically challenged persons; to receive contributions towards this end; and to promote and encourage research and education into the concept of land trust use for co-operative and social housing initiatives.
