To promote the welfare of animals for the benefit of the public by : rescuing and providing temporary shelter for feral stray abended abused or surrendered animals – spaying and neutering domestic feral and / or stay cats- operating and animal adoption program -educating the public on responsible pet ownership – contracting with veterinarians to provide medical care for these animals. To undertake activities ancillary and incidental to the attainment of the charitable purposes mentioned in the previous sentence.
