DEVELOPMENT CONSTRUCTION AND OPERATION OF A 98-UNIT RENTAL PROPERTY IN LANGLEY BC TO PROVIDE AFFORDABLE HOUSING FOR LOW INCOME INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES. THIS PROJECT IS CURRENTLY IN THE OPERATIONAL STAGE (construction completed in March 2024). MUCH OF THE WORK IS OUTSOURCED TO CONSULTANTS SUCH AS ARCHITECTS ENGINEERS AND PROJECT MANAGERS. THE ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS OF THE CHARITY ARE CONDUCTED PRIMARILY BY VOLUNTEERS.
