Partnering with local hospital to assist vulnerable seniors when they are released from the hospital - to help ensure they are not re-amitted soon after their release continuing working with women dealing with an unplanned pregnancy to ensure needs are being met for both mother and baby - as well as others in the family providing seniors with weekly food from items like bread to fruits and vegetable with in season plus ensuring they all get a christmas hamper
