Catapult provides leadership programming to youth in ns who have been identified as having leadership qualities but who have limited opportunities due to barriers such as socio-economics family issues geographic isolation and those associated with visible minorities. Catapult's signature program is a 1 week camp followed by a 4-day summer conference for high school students and a 1-day alumni conference for alumni.
