Caribou torah education foundation ('ctef') is a multi-use facility serving the local toronto orthodox jewish community. The teaching of torah both written and oral and the observance of the 613 commandments and rabbinical pronouncements in all of their details is the prime purpose of our lives. Ctef seeks to create an environment which will allow these goals to be achieved by the various segments of the community whether young old or in between.
