The foundation's purpose is to raise funds to promote an understanding of and adherence to conservative (masorti) judaism. During 2023 the foundation carried on the following religious and educational programs: religious education for children and adults; religious education for and support of children with disabilities (religious confirmation for physically and mentally handicapped); training and support of religious teachers; social outreach and religious fellowship.
