In its own words
The museum preserves and interprets the heritage of the early days of natural gas drilling. An open house is held annually to promote the museum and raise community awareness of its activities. However in 2024 we were unable to host our annual open house due to safety concerns with the tower. Our volunteers continue to help maintain the property and where possible share our members' knowledge to educate the community and visitors.
