The canadian congenital heart alliance (ccha) is made up of patients with congenital heart defects their families friends and the medical community. The charity was registered in 2006 as an advocacy and support group for patients with congenital. Heart defects (chd) as many of these patients require life long medical care surgical interventions medications and/or implantable devices (such as pacemakers and defibrillators).
